I am honestly impressed with Steve and Natalie! I've worked with them several times in the past and every time it's always a pleasant experience. They both make the process so easy and quick for me. I'm deaf so the fact that they were both deaf-friendly and very accommodating of that and did all communication quickly over email for me. I almost felt like I was working with close friends / family relatives because I trust them and they made me feel welcome and took good care of me!
