Do not buy from him. Guys a racist. I tried buying a piece of land went and looked at it came back to put in a offer and he tells me he dosen't want to write it up because hes not going to make anything on it. I couldn't figure out why at first but then I remembered I told him my last name. Anyway please do not buy from him. Put racist pos businesses out of business.
