Back in January I was in need of a Construction loan FAST in order to scoop up a house that needed some work done. Bill is a one stop shop! He knows this business better than the back of his hand. The amount of helpful information he proved us during the mortgage process (which was way faster than I thought it would be) was so helpful! He is so organized and on top of everything! Unlike the guy at a big bank (I won't mention the name) who I tried first. If I could change one thing about he whole process it would be that I was not in contact with Bill and his team sooner!!!
