The fees are absolutely out of control. Big bank fees without the customer service or technology to justify. If you are going to pay the fees - at least go to a large bank where you will get the benefit of the services.

Constant poor service and I've had an account since I was a baby. Will be closing account. I can't recommend west Bank enough. Don't bank and bremer. Waste of time!!!
