I recently purchased a home using the services of Signature Home Loans. Eddie and his team were outstanding from first contact to closing. They are knowledgeable, true professionals through and through. I have excellent credit, yet they still managed to save me hundreds in monthly mortgage payments by finding an even lower rate. They have access to a incredibly wide range of lenders. Communication was superb. Every time I called, I immediately spoke with someone. If they didn't have an immediate answer they called back in a few minutes with a solution. It's clear that Eddie and his team member Macy are devoted to client satisfaction and stellar customer service. Buying a home can be a highly stressful experience, but not when you have these guys on your side.

Words cannot begin to describe the awesome experience my husband and I experienced with the Signature Loan Team. From the first call, with one of the owners, Eddie, to the final days of closing, the communication lines open were outstanding. Always giving us an update as to where in the process we were. Concise with documentation and so efficient the team really has a seemless process that made the entire experience effortless on our part. Any questions we had were promptly answered, and our contacts, Eddie and Macy, really made us feel at ease as we went through the mortgage transaction. I would say this has been the best experience we have ever had with a mortgage firm and would highly recommend them!
