Thank you to Brian and the Team at Burk Carpenter Financial! As first time home buyers we were daunted by even the idea of applying for a home loan. Luckily we had been referred to Brian Carpenter. From the moment we found our new home, Brian walked us through every step and helped us quickly and efficiently complete all the necessary paperwork. We thought this process would take months. From start to finish Brian had the loan closed within 30 days and we had the keys to our new home in our hand one day before we got married, what a great wedding gift! Brian and his team are professional, efficient and helpful! We highly recommend them!
