After experiencing the lack of dedication from 2 other lenders, we switched to The Potter Team. What a difference! They are extremely concerned with costumer service, and it shows! From day 1 of speaking with them I was treated like a priority- not just another customer. I was given options on my loan and they worked with me extensively to make sure to resolve any issues created by the prior lender. Kevin is extremely knowledgable and the rest of the team was quick to process requests, paperwork, and concerns. They are fast, efficient, and (in my opinion) the best lender in MA! I would recommend ANYONE to them :)
