The reason why is for one the amount of constant communication throughout the whole process. For two, the paperwork frenzy can get overwhelming but, Bond Street makes it feel like a breeze. For three, Bond Street makes you feel heard. Often times you may get a fast talking lender and before you know it you maybe screwed. However that's not going to happen with Bond Street.
