I just love this place! For anybody who is having a low day, get here before they open and enjoy the greetings. "Good morning!" Even the customers often greet one another. All of the employees here are amazing. I feel like the managers must have gone all over the West Coast and picked the very best people and brought them up to Palmer, Alaska to work in this bank! Any time of day, they are a wonderful individuals. 💕💕💕

Been going here since it opened and have business and personal accounts with then. Service is fantastic. Some of the tellers even remember my face and and are pulling up my account before I get up to the counter. This isn't the case at all Alaska USA branches, but it certainly is here. The online banking is also very good. Better functioning than some of the other local institutions.
