As soon as we got out of escrow, due to no fault but Jean's... jean had no longer kept in contact with us, we left multiple messages and emails and never got back with us. She promised us the world with the lender that she sent our info too and 15 days into escrow got shot down... she was trying to get us to pay an extra 200 out of pocket for a rapid rescore. She told us that she was the best loan officer around anywhere close to here, and told us no matter what that this would be a smooth ride. We wasted of hundreds of dollars for inspections turning on water overnighting a check etc that we will never see again. She made our house buying experience AWFUL! I would not reccomend her to anyone because she gives false hope and false info. Do yourself a favor and run far from her.
