Nathan and his team did an outstanding job. I called Nathan just to be sure I wasn't able to get a better rate on the purchase of our first home. Nathan was able to offer a product and program to allow us to get the things taken care of on our house so that we could live comfortably without racking up credit card or other loans to do needed repairs. Nathan was calculated and diligent through the whole process, which lasted almost 3 months from the time I called until our closing date.
