As a first time home buyer, i couldn't imagine having anyone more helpful. Being the kind of person who needs things explained 3 different ways before i understand it, michael was always there and beyond patient with me. Always making sure i knew exactly what was going on. Whether its your first time your tenth time buying a house, Michael at Ruoff is by far the best way to go!

Michael was SO incredibly helpful for us first-time homebuyers! He was patient, kind, and very informative. He explained every step of the way, gave us heads up on what would come next, and ALWAYS kept us in the loop for changes/modifications. Absolutely AMAZING!!
