I was very impressed with Ron and Regional Mortgage. They had my loan closed in less than 2 weeks. I was able to sign everything electronically which was great! Ron was very knowledgeable. I got a better rate than my bank was quoting and I ended up needing less money to close than I initially anticipated. I would recommend Ron to anyone.

I will never use him/them again. Raised my rate and didnt give me the first time buyer discount, until I asked about it. I should just went with someone else. Please dont rush and didnt tell me I would be paying insurance FOR THE LIFE OF THE LOAN. not when pay off 20%. 👎👎👎👎
