I was a first time home buyer when I first worked with VIP Mortgage and the experience my family and I had was the farthest thing from Good. We were told many different lies and misdirection's as our closing period dragged out for weeks due to a person employed at VIP making many mistakes. Once I contacted Jay the President of VIP he assured me we would close the next day he would make a few calls and get to the bottom of the issue. Jay also told me that if I had any issues to call his personal cell and he would get us taken care of, sounded nice but he never answered another call from me or returned my voicemails. My wife and I was asked to drive to Phoenix to sign papers to finalize our house on a Friday and we would be in that very day later of course so we did what we were told to. Tanya at VIP did not fill out or set up our mortgage insurance correctly is the story we were given, and we hired movers to help us get in the house over that weekend. Come Monday all the paperwork needed to be rewritten again (this makes 3rd time) we waited another three days for VIP to send a notary to have us sign the papers yet again same as we did in Phoenix. Another day has passed because VIP did not send those signed papers over to the title company, I know this as I was in direct contact with the title agent and I contacted Jay (president of VIP Mortgage) no answer no response. We closed on the house the next day, this marks three weeks form the time we stetted with the seller and was waiting on the lending (VIP) to finalize everything. During the entire process we get asked to provide ID or bank info and without hesitation we provided all required info within hours of being asked as we were ready to go from the day we placed our offer. The level of incompetence this place hires to file paperwork is at an all time high. Our home owners insurance policy was changed by one of the incompetent people working here to a very high deductible I was not made aware of this till we had to put in a claim. Now if that does not show you that VIP is doing things behind your back that you are not aware of you should look very close to every item you have them handle on your behalf. This Mortgage company is the bottom of my list and any other company would exceed this one without effort! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VIP MORTGAGE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR LENDING, YOU HAVE CHOICES THAT WOULD GUIDE YOU ALONG THE WAY OUT THERE. We will never do business with this company again, on the other side of this complaint I would work with David Dominguez again as he seems to be very knowledgeable about the process and for my family that would only happen if he left employment with VIP.

My wife and I had the pleasure working with Terri Greif. This was our first time purchasing a home and she made sure to be there for us every step of the way even if that meant going above and beyond her call of duty. We could not thank her enough for all she has done and for all of the time she took with us. We are beyond grateful and so blessed to be able to finally be in our very own home and having Terri along side of us during this journey. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
