Ann Bryant at Nova took care of our mortgage when buying a house about a year ago and provided great service. With interest rates dropping since we bought it, we worked with her again to refinance. I can't imagine the process being simpler, she got us a great rate with low fees and minimal paperwork, and everything was wrapped up in less than a month.
