Good customer service- however keep in mind that this company simply provides a loan at higher interest rate than other lenders because they will turn around and sell the loan within 15 days after closing. We paid almost a whole point more than the going rate and that means that they cashed in about 9000-12,000 selling it to another lender. Below are the reasons I am giving poor review: 1- the agent we were working with never provided us a mortgage rate till 15 days before closing and kept dragging on with various excuses. 2- when asked agent to lock the rate in, she said the lock-in policy period is only 15 days- then when the rate went up, she finally locked us in(now with 30 days lock-in policy) in short, Be aware working with SecurityNational Mortgage Company- the higher rate they sell you, the more they make.
