This is a true gem. An old time, home town cafe. Most of the customers were local and were greeted by staff as friends. We were treated so well. Attentive, friendly service. The food was great too. I had the home smoke pastrami sandwhich and the pastrami is all that and more. My husband had the party melt and said it was great. We'll go back for sure! I want to try their home made cookie/ice cream treats. They were sold out the day I was there. It's a reason to go back on its own!

A bit pricey for what it is. Service was good but lacking staff. One server and one cook was handling about 20 customers during a breakfast/brunch rush. Owner or manager strolled in just as we were leaving. Same person who scolded us for parking behind the restaurant even though there were no signs on not to park there. If you have a big vehicle I would drive to the next town.
