I am a very busy person. I work multiple jobs and run a small business. Trident Mortgage did absolutely everything they could and THEN SOME. In order to make this purchasing experience as efficient and effortless as possible. I was working with Josh and his team, I would highly recommend working with them rather than anyone else. If I had to do it all over again, I would not change a thing when it comes to using a mortgage company.

He was so professional and helpful even when we all put the pressure on him when things came up through out the process.. Also a huge thanks to the underwriting/processing team for getting this to closing and l thinking out side the box to fix some issues that came up.
