Worst ever. Don’t waste your time. Joe and Sabine are not on the same page , says one thing and does another, my realtor ever said it. Don’t communicate with you until the day of or the day before closing advising you they need more documents. Extended closing three times. Worst experience ever. I called Joe , voice mail box full was advised he was out of town. After speaking with him he said “ you called 4:45pm Friday “. Ok so why not return my call ?
