Mike was very professional from beginning to end. As a first time home buyer, I never once felt uncomfortable as he made the process simple and straightforward without myself feeling like I'm missing something. I called Mike to see about a cash out refinance for my home. He took a lot of time educating me on interest rates for that type of loan as opposed to a straight re-fi. After a lot of discussion, it was decided that what he had to offer wouldn't benefit our needs. What I loved the most about the process, was that Mike was honest and told me that if he couldn't help me out he would let me know and that's exactly what happened. He even went on to let me know that I should reach out to my bank and see about a home equity line, as the bank rates would be less than what he could offer. I also found out thru Mike that I was most likely paying too much for my home owners insurance. He gave me names of 2 other insurance companies he vouched for as being honest and having integrity. This man was going to get nothing from our interaction, but he still went above and beyond to help me and educate me. That is priceless!!
