Grace knows the community and has a real understanding of what is realistic. Genuine, sincere, straight forward and efficient. Grace was able to understand our needs, help us set the price, and then found us a buyer. From the time we called her until the sale closed an astoundingly quick six weeks! Thank you Grace, you are amazing! The whole staff at Oak Shores Realty works as a team and they were all ready to answer every question we had.

Grace and her staff did a fantastic job assisting us with our purchase. Only snags were from the title company and Oak Shores Realty did their best to alleviate the issue and expedite the process. Would highly recommend as they are the realty experts in Oak Shores!
