I researched several banks and decided to go with Santander. I am so happy that I did. I found myself starting all over again due to personal reasons. Marissa the manager walked me through all of my options and truly helped me. Best banking experience ever.

I was waiting to open a new account at this bank a few months ago. They were a a little busy helping other people but, the manager, Joe came out and helped me open my account himself. I've been with this bank for a few months now. I like the customer service at this bank better than other banks. They really treat me with respect and helped me out. My account got blocked because of a bad check. Joe and his staff really went out of their way to help me out with getting it unblocked. These bigger banks wouldn't have done that. More banks should have managers like him. He really cares about the customers and not just the bottom line. Now I'm going back there and opening a second account there. I really would recommend this bank to other people. If you want a bank that respects you and your money this is the bank for you.
