Steve was super nice before you used their loan, however, he started showing his real face after I decided use them for my mortgage which is worst decision I ever made. I asked about loan rate before, Steve just keep telling me the rate varies and never lock the rate. Then give me 1.5% higher compare to other lenders. Don’t think I buy points from other lenders, all the conditions are same. So I was thinking about to use different lenders, then Steve was even mad at me after he found out. He told me he would give me lower rate which is still higher than other lender. Because he already did my paperwork, I decided to used him even his rate is still higher than others. Unfortunately, I trusted the wrong person, he gave me the higher rate as before. He knew that I didn’t have time to close on time if I change lender. So I had to use him otherwise I will lose the property. It’s not finished yet, right after I closed the property, I received a letter that PRMG sold my load to another bank. I didn’t know why at that moment, but I found out that I could get 1% lower rate for reference. I am pretty sure PRMG knows what they give me. Here is my suggestion if you don’t like people play you, never use they as you lender.
