    Martin and his team were organized, professional, and patient. Martin looked out for our best interests, and got us the loan that was just right for us, even though we were qualified for a bigger loan. He helped us strategize and got us fully underwritten so our offer was competitive. We looked into a redo last year, but the rate Martin got us couldn’t be beat in the current market.
