Eric P. was great! We recently moved to Minnesota and I had been unemployed for a while. Two places said that we would have to wait till the spring to be able to even think about a house. Then we were referred to Eric. I cannot believe how awesome and a blessing he was. The whole mortgage experience was amazing. Unlike anything we have had in the past. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dave was awesome. Completely upfront and explained anything and everything we had questions about. He ended up getting us a lower interest rate before we closed too! Always recommend him to anyone I know buying a home. He made the process so smooth and easy for us and always got back to timely. Even a year After buying our home Dave has been awesome at gettting back to me with questions regarding our first years taxes as well.
