    I have been with this bank for 10 years and they were a very good group until South side came along. It is impossible to get anyone to help over the phone and no one knows the policies in place. I am moving my 10 year commercial account from this bank very soon.

    They can put your check through 3 times, if it bounces and they take their money first even after you make a redeposit into your account
