Do not use this company. We used Evan Fine years ago and he made good money off our mortgage and we also got him more business with other clients. Years later when we contacted him to get a small loan, he didn't want to work with us when he found he couldn't get any money off the loan. All we wanted was the courtesy of a phone call to let us know what he could do for us. He just ignores your calls unless he feels he can make money off of you. Beware.
