I've worked with Mark at Horizon and his depth of knowledge of the lending industry makes me wonder why anyone would go anywhere else when shopping for a home. Also, why do people go to a real estate agent first? Get your money squared up, know what house you can afford, THEN go find a real estate agent/broker. Anyway - Horizon = Two thumbs up!
