Unfortunately I received harassing phone calls and these pushy and nosy people did a background check on my mortgage account without my permission. This is in violation of my confidentiality and I guess they don’t care about HIPPA laws. They just want to refinance your loan, get a commission and add all of these fees on the end of your mortgage balance. You are not saving anything because your mortgage balance will probably go up 10,000 dollars or more. They will never get my business. I’m still trying to investigate as to how they received my information without my permission.
