I don't often make things a big of a deal but I have to write a review about this place. One of the lady in this office that everyone needs to avoid. She provides poor customer service. I am a college student and I spend time at school, at the hospital for my internship almost more than 12 hours a day so I am not home for many hours during a day. Before she started my paperwork, I contacted her and asked for a list of required documents so I can prepare ahead. But she never sent it to me. As she started asking for documents, she asked for 1 piece of paper only every day. The house that we are buying is under my mom's name and because my mother doesn't speak English or have technology skills so I have to take care of it. Of course, I don't keep my mom's green card, credit card or bank statements, etc. Every single day, I have to wait until mom comes home, get the document, scan it into my computer and send it to her. The next morning, she walked into her office, not checking her email but called my realtor and told him that I would never become a good doctor because I am not being professional. I told my realtor and her to open their email and yep I sent that the night before. How can she talk about her customer like that? How can't I become a good doctor while the one that is not being professional is not me? I will become the best doctor that I can be and watch me doing her surgery later. Wait for that day! Secondly, I gave her my insurance agent's phone number, meaning that I already decided to buy my homeowner's insurance from him. She wasted 2 days and introduced to me another insurance agent. That new lady is a liar. She told me one price and sent me a summary with my mother's information on it with another price. So I decided to stick with my old insurance agent and this mortgage consultant yelled at my mother. She talked to us like she hated us for not choosing the insurance agent that she recommended. Because hating on us, she delayed our paperwork and our closing is being pushed. My mother and I are putting money in this house so we have the right to choose our insurance agent, she can't force us. She can't get mad and yell at us too because this is our choice. She has no right to involve in our decision. I know that she works mostly for the Vietnamese community and most of them don't have technology skills or don't know much English. They also don't want to make it a big deal so they never write a review about this place. But I don't. I'm going to stand up and speak for people who have to endure this lady. Lastly, her name is Amanda Thuy Nguyen. Avoid that lady now.

I contacted Leo Aulov at the end of February 2012 to help a friend refinance her mortgage. He promised her to close on her mortgage in May. He kept pushing the closing date further and further. Now in late July, still does not have a closing date. Very poor communication and definitely very weak customer service. Stay out and don't waste your time with this company, they don't know what they are doing. They promise you the moon but they don't deliver. Horrible experience.
