Lead by long time mortgage originator, Lisa Fortin, they offer the most efficient and knowledgeable service a buyer could ask for and work very cooperatively with real estate agents like myself to get the job done...right from start to finish. They are wonderful about making themselves available to clients at all hours of the day, including weekends. Their rates are very competitive as well, but one of the things that most sets them apart from other lenders is that their underwriting team is right in sync with the front-end originators and they don't keep going back to buyers to ask for "just one more thing".
