Just closed on my house today! John was great every step of the way!! Very quick to respond and answer my questions. We closed a week before our scheduled closing day (I had asked if we could try to close early from the start and he was very honest about what may or may not be possible about closing early- in the end we were able to!) I was concerned at first because he offered a rate lower than any other lender I contacted, but my realtor had mentioned the last person he closed with used capital funding and it was a smooth process. I contacted those people and they had nothing but good things to say, so I decided to move forward. I'm so glad I did!
