Karen was the best. We had a few obstacles come up and she was able to explain everything and walk us through the process. She goes above and beyond and is always just a phone call away. We appreciated how prompt she was in getting back to us and communicating with us. She always had a great idea when we needed it and she got a a great rate! When we buy again we will definitely go to Karen first!
