Dean and Team helped me and my wife buy our very first home using the VA Home Loan. As anyone who has bought a home knows, (and what I learned,) is its a bit stressful. However, throughout the entire process, Dean and Cheri made themselves readily available to answer questions, or even just listen to me worry and reassure me that everything was good. And it 100% was. I can honestly say that if we went through anyone other than Benchmark to buy our home we wouldn't have ended up closing.
