THE WORST LOAN COMPANY HERE ON PLANET EARTH My real-estate agent contacted Alliance Home Loans to obtain a pre-approval letter for me. Their agent, Bill, called me to get some information so he could generate the pre-approval letter. During our conversation I was met with disrespect, contempt, obfuscation, and total dysfunction. 1) He constantly referred to me as "Bud" I told him my name is not Bud and stop calling me Bud. 2) He claimed, if he ran my credit, it could damage my credit score. What was the point of calling here if you are afraid to run my credit? How else was I to get a loan without the credit report - it made no sense. 3) He told me that he would email me a copy of the pre-approval letter today - never happened. 4) The next day, Bill calls and says he cannot email me the pre-approval letter because of the Frank-Dodd Act. 5) He went on further to say, I would need to agree to a acquiring a loan digitally through him prior to receiving the pre-approval letter. This loan company is completely and totally dysfunctional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
