If your looking to inquire about a mortgage please stay away from Charlie Branham. Very rude especially when you ask simple questions. My mom works for Aiken Housing Center and referred him to me because they give Charlie a lot of business. My realtor called him three times and left multiple emails with no awnser. I told my mother the rude things he has said to me over the phone and a week later Charlie apologizes to the company not me! He knew he treated me unfairly. When I asked him if they sent out reviews after a inquiry on a mortgage and he told me only to happy customers. That should tell you a lot right there. I ended up at TD bank just because they awnsered every question I had and with no attitude or hesitation. Im so glad I chose TD!

Awful experience. Branch manager talks about everyone's finances, and is a good ole boy network. Fees are ridiculous. Beware
