I purchased a building from Pat Russell at Howard Hanna. He was great, got everything done as soon as it could possibly have been done. He was very helpful giving advice to make sure that I didn't get in to trouble. Thank God because I know next to nothing about buying real estate. Tom Riggans was awesome he did a fantastic job helping us find a house. He was always willing to help work thru issues and heck he brought his own dehumidifier in to dry out the basement. Simply awesome. Definitely would use him again and recommend him. Thanks again Tom.
