Their rate was .25% higher than another offer and charged junk fees. When I tried to negotiate, they sort of insulted me. I guess they don’t like educated consumers.

I met Jane McClutchy though a new homebuyer seminar and loved working with her. She was so helpful, patient and went above and beyond my expectations. I didn’t have any problems getting updates from her and even when a few days went by (and I was being paranoid that something was wrong), she always responded when I reached out. I highly recommend working with her especially if you’re a first time homebuyer like I was.
