I cannot thank Dino and Mike enough for their efforts and dedication to their clients by making sure they are involved with each step of the process. We have had three transactions with Atlantic Mortgage and our recent and final (not moving again..lol) was just as smooth and efficient as the first 8 years ago. A man named Mike who works there tried to pressure me into leaving my apartment because his friend who owned it was getting a divorce and wanted to sell it before my lease was up. He deviated from Rhode Island tenant laws by trying to make me feel like I had to move out and texted me multiple times during my work day with offers that wouldn't even begin to cover the costs of moving (offers I didn't ask to be bothered with, and I never gave him my cell phone number in the first place). Atlantic Properties is just another Rhode Island small business that runs like the mob. There are plenty of other places to do go, so avoid this one!
