Updated 8.19.19 I was finally able to talk to someone at the costumer service office at FCM, we talked about how frustrating had been part of the process for us, and I also had the chance to realize why some of the problems were also my fault, but it was all due to miscommunication. I suggested they had a meeting with the clients at the begging of the process, so you get to know the team and have the chance to ask questions you might have, and believe me you will always have. We sorted out the problems and cleared the air between us, I just want to see they improved the process to make the review a 4 or even a 5. My friend is about to start the process with them, and if I hear this improvement has happened I will happy update this again. Thanks Andrew for your help. ------ old message ------ At the beginning everything was great and we felt very confident in signing with them. Once we were preapproved and needed to close the deal, they had us in their hands, then hell started. Communication was broken among the people in the same office. Advising was inaccurate. We had our deal delayed for over 3 weeks and we didn't even got the chance to talk to them in the closing, no one from their office showed up. I had talk to them the day before and calmly offered to talk to them to offer positive feedback and talk about my attitude and their bad service, but they didn't show. Today six days after our last conversation I haven't got a call or a message from them regarding this matter. They simply don't care about costumers, and they are definitely not into human relationships. They should honor their name at least. I am still open for conversation.
