I shopped the big banks, Bank Rate dot com, and the local Flagstaff lenders and Kendra at Tylan delivered on the BEST RATE! This was my number one priority in finding a lender for our mortgage. However, other lenders out there will try to tell you that to get the ABSOLUTE best rate you will have to sacrifice on customer service and risk not closing on time when “things come up”. BS. Kendra at Tylan is in a league of her own when it comes to rates, customer service, and execution. She is a consummate professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and available seemingly day and night to answer questions and provide routine updates on the progress of the closing. Kendra proved that you can go with a local lender, get the BEST RATE, CLOSE ON TIME, and have someone in your corner that is truly looking out for your best interest. I am a second time home buyer but still had a lot of questions and Kendra was AMAZING! I have since recommended Kendra and Tylan Mortgage to friends and family members. My wife and I cant say enough about how amazing our customer service experience was and at the end of the day, we got a rate significantly lower than anyone else offered and our closing cost came in below Tylan’s estimates. FANTASTIC!

Wow! We had a great experience with Tylan Mortgage and Kendra Franchi. They were efficient, their rates were amazing, and the communication was excellent. We would definitely work with this lender again!
