The Most disappointing customer service. UN professional stuff. the program is OK and works fine but I'm not sure why they don't streamline their working process. they answer a call and forward you to non-existed person.

Where do I start!!!!!!!!! I register online for a workshop and then NACA staff call me more than 10 times to confirm my attendance. Here’s where it gets interesting???? I arrive for the workshop and the venue doesn’t have a record of any scheduled workshop to include NO ONE was here from NACA. Thank you, NACA for wasting my time, energy and gas!!!!! Wish I could give zero stars. Please, be considerate of a person time and at least give them 1 phone call to advise if the location was changed or the workshop that wasn’t scheduled was cancelled!!!!!!
