David and Anne, I just wanted to take a minute to thank both of you for making the process of buying a house as painless as possible. Both of you were there to answer any questions as elementary as possible so an old coot like me could understand as I had no idea how and what a USDA loan was about. As you have seen by my credit scores and building of credit, this has been a long and arduous task. Having to come back from losing everything four years ago seems like an eternity. Then I think of Moses, at least I got to get into the “Promised Land”.  I do believe my journey was Divinely led just for the mere fact of where our new home is located. Definitely not the area I was even aware of. We found the perfect picture that now hangs in the entrance of our new home. It reads, “Having somewhere to go is a Home.
