My wife and I bought our home last month and we worked with Chris Spano. Chris was excellent to us in our home buying process. Chris even saved us money by informing us of some things that he saw was questionable on some housing paperwork. We appreciate him greatly for taking the time to educate us and look out for our well being. We did not feel like another sale with Chris, we felt like true customers that he dedicated himself to take care of. If you are in the market and need a great Loan Originator, Chris Spano is the man you want to speak with. Heritage Mortgage has a great asset in Chris Spano.

I was referred to Heritage Mortgage Bank by my lawyer and could not have been happier with the care and customer service I received. I worked with James Cicalese through the process and could not have asked for a better experience. He walked me through the entire process which made my first-time home buying experience an absolute walk in the park. During the time I was purchasing a home there were fluctuations in the interest rates which James stayed on top of and gave me all the information needed to make the best decision based on the market at the time. He was always available when I called him and gave me amazing advice on all things mortgage related and even helped me with a few things outside of the mortgage process. I would recommend Heritage Mortgage Bank to anyone in need of their services, especially if they have the privilege of working with James. James, thank you for the amazing experience and helping my Fiancé and I own our first home!
