Just awful service. This lady (I use this term loosely) is the worst person we could've been stuck with to submit our loan. She calls us literally one hour before we were set to close on our house to tell us that she can't read and is incompetent. She submitted our paperwork incorrectly and caused us to not be able to close. We are from out of state and this caused us to have to cancel our movers, painters. furniture and appliance delivery. Everything that we were given the go ahead to set up. We will have fees attached with this. My husband set his precious few off days aside to move. On top of all that, this coward wouldn't call us back, email us, answer our questions, nothing. We had to drive down there, figure out who her boss was and get some answers elsewhere. Fortunately, he was kind enough to admit fault and offer us reimbursements for fees we will have to pay out of pocket. We are overall extremely disappointed and I would never recommend her or Platinum mortgage. You would think they'd review important things a few days beforehand and not wait 1 hour before closing to cancel. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about Platinum Motgage as a true wholesale business partner. Flat out rockstars. Underwriting is fast, conditions are easy to understand, closing dept is on point and underwriters are even accessible if needed. They answer our emails and texts at all hours and they bend over backwards to go out of their way to help us get even our toughest clients to the closing table ...on time. I don’t write reviews often but this one is well deserved. If you are a mortgage broker and considering using this wholesale lender you will not be disappointed.
