I hired this company after seeing them present at a real estate training. They advertised a 15 day close. Even though my closing was contracted for more than 15 days, they MISSED my financing contingency date without apology. In fact, when I brought it up, they were short with me and made excuses. My loan officer was often in training or on vacation, so it was hard to get in touch with her. I was willing to let it go because we did close on our home - early, in fact, but then the company sold my loan to State Bridge, a company with terrible reviews, known for losing payments sent in via mail. This mortgage company also charges me a fee anytime I make a payment online or over the phone. Awful. I would not recommend On Q.
