Dennis is extremely knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to assist his clients. We knew right from the beginning that we were in good hands. Dennis demonstrated great professionalism, he answered ALL of our questions at a moments notice, and kept us updated throughout the process. We endured some probate challenges with our seller/Realtor and Dennis shared his knowledge, reassured us, was an immense help, and kept up informed. His expertise is outstanding! His genuine thoughtfulness and kindness is something we shall never forget about Dennis. He was so honest and sincere from day one. These are strong characteristics you would wish for and we were extremely fortunate and lucky to have been introduced to Dennis. We would HIGHLY recommend him!

Dennis proved to be the consummate lending professional and he made our pursuit of a home mortgage loan successful, painless and free from unpleasant surprises. We found him to be completely honest and forthright. Actually, he is fun to work with! I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone in search of a home mortgage.
