Truly a PHENOMENAL company to work with! Was in the market to purchase a new property . I was referred to Prime Lending as a financial institution to compare loan rates. To my surprise they beat out other companies. I initially contacted Shannon but end up working and communicating the majority of my loan process with Wendy Kotowske. She was phenomenal through the whole experience. At no time did I wonder what was next or really had any questions because she stayed abreast of many questions I might of had. Her communication and professionalism was tip top and in the end of it all, her sincere care for my patronage was apparent. This is not my first time buying a home but this is the most memorable and heartfelt one in part due to Wendy and team at Prime Lending. I HIGHLY recommend them if you want a transparent, seamless, and heartfelt experience .
