As luck would have it, a cousin of mine was shopping for her first home at the same time as the hubby and I were. I was getting frustrated because where my original lender (Supreme Lending) kept finding reasons to say no, my cousin's continued to say yes! After doing all of the things our original lender insisted we had to before he could make our loan happen, I still couldn't get a preapproval letter! Frustrated, mentally exhausted and quite frankly- ready to give up on the whole 'home buying experience'- I took a chance and asked my cousin who she was using and if I could get their number. It was late afternoon on FATHER'S DAY, the first time I talked to Patrick Waters. Patrick quickly assured me he could help us and sent me the information to apply. "Remeber Jason says other lenders may give you a piece of paper and say you're pre approved but something will happen along the way and you won't make it to closing!" Ha! The hubby and I closed 1 month after that first conversation with Patrick WITHOUT 1 hiccup along the way AND no issues at closing! Not only did HomeFi get the job done, they SET THE BAR for others to TRY to compete with! I cannot say enough good things about Patrick Waters, Bryan Stone and the entire HomeFi Digital Mortgage team! I love you guys and again THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! We love our new home!!!
