Spoke to a guy named Brian. Friendly as he gathered our information, and then immediately started missing verbal deadlines, and poorly managed the expectation. Have been trying to get in touch with him for over a week. No response. No call backs. Horribly unprofessional. We can't even get simple answers to let us know how to move forward.
